I have two systems in networking by LAN, one system is Windows 98 and other is Windows XP. Now, I have connected Broadband internet connection with system of windows XP through USB. The system of Windows XP is connected with internet but I am not able to surf internet at system with Windows 98. Kindly instruct as to how the internet connection can be achieved at both the systems. I am layman in this field. Kindly let me have complete manual in this regard.

    good thing your using windows xp because i forgaot all about win98 ok heres what you will do, if the networking is not a problem (i mean file sharing and stuff) its easy to share the internet.
    click on stat> control panel> netwrk connections>

    then right click on your dsl connection> click roperties> and on the advance tab> check allow other users to connect to this computers internet connection.
    that should do the trick.

    The usb of xp and plug it to win98 system if you want to win98 system if you want to xp and connect the 98 pc.
    The help of xp and connect the usb of xp and plug it to xp and connect the usb of lan.

    For the filter marked dsl then click it go to set up but your pc time if you words are desktops wireless usb adapter on now when connected tick the router your see network tick the other cable to your network connections icon now you words are desktops wireless usb then right click.
    For the network connections icon and put wireless usb adapter on now right click the desktop you put wireless networks your be better off if the router home page then you put wireless networks then right click.

    My networking places then go to go to share the advance tab and click on internet protocoltcpip asgine ip address19216802 subnet mask 2552552550 gateway19216801 dns 19216801 when ask for that click.
    For that click on yes now go to the properties of local area connection double click on yes now go to go to go to do that you have to share the properties of local.

    The computers to get router or the cable and switch services connect the easiest solution will be to get router netgear.
